The functional analysis of the site & the nearby environments were decisive for the design. The adjoining railway station „Roma Termini“ serves as main orientation parameter. The site is defined by an orthogonal extension of the railways. Furthermore the natural occurrences determine the topology of the site through an infrastructure provision. The zoning of the topological functions are defined through the previous mentioned parameters. The necessary parking area is located in the underground garage underneath the site.
